You get 3.0-megapixel images, both day and night, and more than 1,000 images per single set of four D batteries (not included). A 25-ft. infrared illumination range produces clear pictures of nocturnal activity. The Capture IR brings in the features of the Capture including "Super Simple Setup" and the revolutionary Hair trigger. The innovative Rotary Switch programming makes setup as simple as setting an alarm clock. Test mode determines detection zone and five delay settings let you decide how long there is between camera shots, from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Enhance your hunting excursions with this game scouting camera from Cuddeback. Like other Cuddeback cameras, the Capture IR is designed with what the company calls Centered Subject Technology, which yields more centered photos and fewer noses, fewer tails, and fewer blank images. This is a result of fast trigger speed combined with other proprietary technologies.

The camera produces 5-megapixel color images by day and 1.3-megapixel infrared images by night, so that there is no flash to spook the deer. The daytime flash range is 40 feet. The Capture IR's trigger speed is more than twice as fast as those of previous Cuddeback models. The camera features a compact design and weatherproof housing for extra durability. Images include date and time stamps.
